Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns except in the case of damaged product or quality issues. If you receive damaged goods please notify us immediately with the details along with your invoice number. We will replace your coffee purchase (with your receipt) within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time-
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimate-
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking-
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
